Turan Rahvancıoğlu, the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) candidate for mayor of Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel (LAÇ), attended the 7th Ecolive Harvest Festival held in the village of Akdeniz. He was accompanied by the party's municipal council candidates.
According to a statement from the CTP, Rahvancıoğlu toured the festival grounds, which highlighted the olive harvest, olive oil production and local products, and chatted with residents and participants.
Visiting the festival stands one by one, Rahvancıoğlu spoke with local producers and was briefed on their products and production processes.
In his conversations with farmers from the area, Rahvancıoğlu stressed the importance of supporting local production and preserving the region's agricultural heritage.
