The Traditional Republic Day Ride and Night Event organized by Istanbul East Chapter HOG in Kaş, Antalya brought together hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts from across Turkey to mark the 29 October Republic Day celebrations. Among the participants were members of the HOG Cyprus Free Chapter, representing the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Riders from Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, Bodrum and Bursa joined the event, which was marked by Turkish flags and messages of unity and solidarity throughout the night.
One of the highlights of the evening came when Istanbul East Chapter HOG President Cem Anıl extended a special thank-you to the visiting TRNC delegation during his speech, recognizing their participation from across the sea.
HOG Cyprus Free Chapter President Salih Günhan presented Anıl with a commemorative plaque in return. Expressing his appreciation for the warm hospitality shown by their Turkish counterparts, Günhan said, "We would be delighted to welcome all our riding brothers and HOG friends in the TRNC as well."
The mutual gestures of friendship once again underscored the event's spirit, summed up in the rallying call shared by riders: "Motorcycling is brotherhood."
