A fire broke out at around 2.30pm yesterday at an animal pen and storehouse belonging to a private individual in Yılmazköy. The blaze destroyed 20 round bales and 500 square bales stored at the site.
The damage was not limited to the bales. The front left wheel, a cabinet cover and a tyre rim of a mortar mixing machine at the property were also burned.
Police, fire service and municipal teams were dispatched to the scene and worked together to extinguish the fire.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the blaze, and the inquiry is ongoing.
