A delegation from the Cyprus Young Entrepreneurs and Producers Association (Kıbrıs GGÜD), headed by its president Hasan Yakut, paid a visit to the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry (KTSO). Talks focused on bringing young people into the business world and developing joint projects.
According to a statement from the chamber, the meeting, attended by KTSO Secretary General Erçin Tekakpınar and chamber staff, included an exchange of views on how young people can take a more active role in production and entrepreneurship.
Tekakpınar said the chamber attaches importance to supporting young entrepreneurs and stands ready to contribute to efforts that open doors for young people in production and enterprise.
He also stressed that cooperation between institutions and civil society organisations could create significant opportunities both for young entrepreneurs and for the country's economy.
