Nilden Bektaş Erhürman, spouse of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Tufan Erhürman, participated in the First High Honorary Board Meeting of the Family and Women's Council, held at Çankaya Presidential Mansion in Ankara. The summit, hosted by Emine Erdoğan, spouse of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was also attended by Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, spouse of the President of Uzbekistan, and Aigul Zhaparova, spouse of the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Taking the floor at the meeting, Nilden Bektaş Erhürman opened her address by conveying greetings of affection and respect from the TRNC. Thanking Emine Erdoğan for the kind invitation, Erhürman congratulated the Republic of Turkey on the 103rd anniversary of its founding and paid tribute to Atatürk.
