Concert pianist and Presidential Special Arts Advisor Rüya Taner is set to perform a piano recital on Monday evening at the Katara Opera House in Doha, Qatar, with the event scheduled to begin at 19:00.
The concert is organized by the Katara Cultural Village Foundation in collaboration with the Turkish Embassy in Doha. Taner will present her specially curated program titled "Sweet Waters of Asia," inspired by the cultural and musical heritage of the Silk Road.
The program draws on the rich musical traditions of Turkey, Russia, and Azerbaijan, blending works from classical music, jazz, and folk music into a single cohesive performance.
