Derviş Albayrak, the National Unity Party (UBP) candidate for mayor of Çatalköy–Esentepe, gathered with party members and municipal council candidates at a barbecue event organized by the UBP Çatalköy branch. Finance Minister Özdemir Berova and UBP parliamentary candidates also attended the well-attended event.
Albayrak described the December 6 elections as the beginning of a new era of service for Çatalköy–Esentepe, emphasizing unity and solidarity. He underlined that his approach to local governance was not to dismiss past achievements but to build upon them, with the aim of making the area more livable, modern, and forward-looking.
Pledging to serve all residents without distinction after the election, Albayrak stated, "After December 6, those who voted for us and those who did not will receive the same service. We will not differentiate anyone based on their political views, beliefs, or preferences."
He stressed that every person living in Çatalköy–Esentepe holds equal value, and that his team would reach every neighborhood, street, and household with the same sense of responsibility.
Albayrak concluded by saying that he had entered this race not for a position but to serve the people, adding, "We draw our strength from unity and our courage from the trust of our people. I wholeheartedly believe that we will take Çatalköy–Esentepe further together on December 6."
